The National Masters Committee meets annually at the national championships to address topics affecting USSA masters programs throughout the country. The committee is composed of the heads of each division, a volunteer national chairperson, and the USSA masters coordinator providing services and direction from USSA.
Annual topics of discussion include reports from each division head as well as from USSA masters coordinator Bill Skinner, along with discussion and decision on venues for major events in the following season (regional and national championship events, FIS Masters Cup races). Specific items are also addressed each year as topics and issues are nominated for the agenda.
