2011 Summer Fun Nationals

The Summer Fun Nationals are held each summer at Timberline on Mt. Hood. This is a fun race weekend, with racers bringing family and friends to play on the Palmer race course and enjoy a summer BBQ party with raffles, prizes, and special awards. This year's event featured beautiful, sunny weather both days and plentiful snowpack allowing top-to-bottom summer skiing on Palmer and the Miracle Mile.

Results

Note: The race organization was men's classes 1..9 on the A/B course, while men's classes 10-11 competed on the C/D course along with the women's classes and the junior racers. This is a slightly different split than the standard group B and D organization of the men's classes - men's classes 8 and 9 were shifted from the usual Group D over to the A/B course to more evenly balance the competitors between the two courses.
