The 2006 Skier's Edge Eastern Regional Championships will be held at Sugarbush North, VT on Mar. 10-12.

Event entries are due by Mar. 8 and will be limited to the first 180 valid entrants.
The courses will be set on Inverness and Brambles Trail at Sugarbush North. SG training is available on Thursday Mar. 9 and is recommended, as there will be no training on race day Friday Mar. 10. The SG will be set on Inverness and will be two runs combined time. Saturday's SL will be held on the newly widened Bramble (adjacent to Inverness) and will have separate courses for the A/B and C/D groups.
Note: due to weather conditions, Friday's SG was changed to a 1-run race. The GS was run on Saturday and the SL on Sunday. A massive rain squall preempted completion of the second run of SL: competitors in Groups C and D (women and older men's classes through M08) were able to complete their second run, but the younger Group A and B men were unable to take a second run and their race was scored as a 1-run SL.

The Eastern Region class championship is awarded to the racer in each age class who accumulates the most world cup points in the three events of the regional championships.
